Return Policy for Show Some Skin Skincare LLC

Introduction

At Show Some Skin Skincare LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with our products, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options and our procedures.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at najah@showsomeskinskincare.com or call us at (407) 716-7700 to initiate a return. Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
Packaging: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Refunds

Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., if the product is not in its original condition or is damaged/missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

5. Exchanges

6. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Label: If the return is due to our error, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

7. Lost or Damaged Returns

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
